Compassionate act in Budapest

You might have seen the famous photograph of the New York police officer who bought a homeless man shoes a few weeks ago. A similar scene played out in downtown Budapest the other day. A homeless man was found by two police officers shivering in the cold on the floor at the Blaha Lujza underpass in socks. The temperature at the time was -4 degrees Celsius. In an act of kindness, the police officers decided to buy the homeless man a pair of shoes to keep his feet warm. This video has become incredibly popular amongst Hungarians on the internet.
