Polish march against EU

An estimated 10,000 Polish patriots and nationalists marched against the EU in Poland. The march took place on Polish Independence Day. Many other guests attended the march from other European countries. The marchers burned EU flags and chanted anti-EU slogans. The purpose of the march was to promote a Europe of independent and sovereign states. The marchers also wanted to promote healthy traditional European values. A small group from the nationalist Jobbik youth wing attended the march in Poland. They were warmly greeted by all the Polish people they encountered.
